Sasai is an amazing, knowledgeable, transparent, and hardworking agent. Throughout the homebuying process, I could tell she was working in my best interest. She took the time to carefully explain new real estate concepts, was very responsive, spotted potential concerns and addressed them early. She even went beyond expectations several times. For example, there was a place that I almost submitted an offer for, but it was hard to get financing because of the unusual property type. Sasai found a lender who had preapproved the property for financing, which made it possibly to put in an offer if I had wanted. 1000/10 would recommend Sasai!

Once we decided to make an offer on a condo that already had offers out, she was incredibly fast and efficient. I'm sure without her help we wouldn't have gotten our winning offer in on time. Once in escrow, she continued helping us navigate the process, letting us into the unit several times so we could take measurements and managing the seller's expectations when slowness at our bank due to COVID stretched out the closing date. We met Sasai in an open house tour in San Mateo and had her to be our agent. This was simply one of the best decisions we have made during our home purchase.
