I enjoyed working with Savina on purchasing my first home ever. She was responsive, informative, and grounding throughout the homebuying process. She embodied a good balance between answering questions and giving information on current/local trends, while also giving me space to process the overwhelming amount of info in my time. I could always reach out to her, which was reassuring and helpful, especially when making a time-sensitive decision is needed. It was a pleasure working with Savina! We were looking for a place to call home and wanted something that had space for an office as well as a unit that could be rented to a tenant. Initially there were not a lot of properties that fit what we were looking for and Savina suggested that we widen our search to other areas. At first I was hesitant because we had particular areas in mind but we were open and I am so thankful for her guidance because we found our dream home that fit all of our criteria!
