About Say
Before becoming a realtor, I enjoyed working full-time as a medical transportation provider, helping people, and providing medical transportation services. However, I always longed for the opportunity to help real estate clients and provide them with professional advice when selling or buying a house. When the pandemic hit the transport industry, a career in the real estate industry was my perfect choice.
Whereas real estate processes could be overwhelming, especially for new clients, I seek to shoulder the burden, address all the possible pain points proactively, and continuously endeavor to make the processes as stress-free as possible. Serving all over the state of Wisconsin, I draw on my in-depth knowledge about the local market and surrounding areas to extensively educate my clients, effectively empowering them to make wise and well-informed decisions.
As real estate is ever-evolving, I thrive on staying on top of the changes by always getting familiarized with the latest market trends. I look up to the veterans' realtors for advice and learn new laws and regulations. Further, my use of the latest technology and programs have set me on top of the game. As a bilingual, fluent in English and Hmong, I seek to help our older Hmong population, who neither speak nor comprehend English, understand the process, laws, and regulations.
My competencies lie in my ability to connect easily with clients, my willingness to gain a deeper understanding of their needs, and being always available to answer any question they may have. This gives clients a comforting assurance that I will walk with them from start to finish and beyond. I am keen on earning my clients' trust and confidence, building lasting relationships, and leaving them happy and satisfied.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, participating in local events, and giving back to my community.
