Chad was AWESOME. He stuck with me through changes of locations of where I wanted to buy a home, to different price ranges and even all the way out to the desert! He was always candid, friendly and really informative. He broke down what the process would look like from the beginning and I never felt pressured to make a decision too fast. I was so thankful as a first time buyer to have someone like him in my court, I truly always felt like he had my best interest in mind.

When you have Chad represents you, you don't just get his expert advice, you get a team from legal, staff who create DocuSign on short notice, and sometimes another agent as well to help out with the process. It was a great experience to work with Chad and we will definitely have him represent us again in our next real estate needs.

I was so lucky to have Chad. He is really dedicated to his clients and will go beyond the call of duty to get them the best deal possible. First he helped me find a home, by suggesting possibilities and always making himself available to view them. After I found one I liked he helped get a good price. Then the financing was tricky and I thought I wouldn't be able to buy the unit but Chad recommended someone who got the job done extremely quickly and efficiently -- so he saved the deal. He was always on top of things throughout escrow, worked really well with them and the lender. He made the whole process easy and for that I am grateful. You can't go wrong with him.
