I had to have my own open house as Randy says"Open Houses DO NOT sell houses" I had to request a sign be put in my yard I also had to make multiple calls to get updates from Randy. In fact I did far more than I should have! I had to pay over $7000 to sell my house and it defiantly was not earned. My home was not marketed I was told "pretty much all can do these days is get it on the MLS". I could have done this myself for $300.
I actually think that real estate agents are asking far too much money for what they provide.
I will not use an agent in any transactions in the future.
