I worked with Scott on the sale of my home in Framingham. The house didn't sell quickly and when the contract expired I tried a different realtor. We left in good terms and Scott was very gracious and wished us well. After dealing with Redfin I became use to certain standards that my new Realtor firm could not accommodate. If you don't mind having other people help you through the process, redfin is for you. Scott Driscoll was good about answering my questions. Not judging me when I was frustrated and welcoming me back with the promise that he would sell our home. It was a no brainier to come back to him. I am glad I did.

Scott is right up there with the best realtors you'll find in the Wellesley area. We interviewed three realtors to sell our home and Scott's listing price was, in my opinion, the best of the three and it sold in one weekend. Scott seems to be a nice guy. Whenever I talk to him, he is polite and make me feel welcomed. It's not super easy to reach Scott through phone call (could barely get through and the call is usually not returned). Our lights are on from time to time after agents tour the house.
More importantly, we were hoping Scott to be more proactively think about strategies on selling the home. At some point, we had to drive strategies (e.g., staging) and push him forward to sell. Fortunately, our strategy works and Scott was able to help us with the remaining part to close the deal, and we appreciate it.

Scott and team were excellent to work with. Scott and RedFin really made the selling of our home a breeze. Getting our house listed was a great process and a team of photographers and helpers showed up to take great pictures and stage the house. Once we had an accepted offer the whole team made all appointments simple and were present if we couldn't be. I would recommend to anybody.
Scott went above and beyond for us, full service. Priced it right and gave us excellent negotiating advice.
Scott was very knowledgeable and accessible, and he and his team very responsive. You may not see him in person much after your first open houses, but he is completely available by telephone, and those phone calls answered our questions and put into motion action to get our house sold. We had regular photos and a virtual tour. We had as many open houses as we wanted, all staffed by Scott or a Redfin team member. We had house showings, all attended by a Redfin team member. We wanted our house sold, not a realtor to hang around with! Mission accomplished. And we saved a significant amount of money on commissions.

Amazingly efficient! Does not waste the clients time at all and always delivers on what he says. He also has a very good handle on the area and works very well with other members of his team. He responds quickly and is mostly available for any last minute issues that arise.

In general, Scott has a warm personality and is very easy to converse with. In addition, he seems to possess a lot of industry experience. The only time we met in person was our initial listing consultation. He provided some level of material support via other RF agents for showings and such, but we were less than impressed with his drive to sell our house. As the market softened (as it seasonally does) it felt as if we were required to be more active in generating selling strategies (outside of continual price drops) to help garner interest in our property than any other previous home sale we’ve done. Scott was terrific in every respect. He was knowledgeable about every aspect of listing, showing, negotiating, and closing. He is personable and professional. When I chose Redfin many people told me that a Redfin agent would not perform as well as a "traditional" agent. I feel the opposite was true--Scott was very motivated to obtain the best price for us. At one point when we considered reducing the price, Scott advised us to wait a little longer. Very few conventional seller's agents would do this. Clearlt, Scott had our best interests at heart.
Generally good to work with, but not as responsive and communicative as we expected at times. After receiving feedback from us, Scott improved his service immediately.
We were generally happy with Scott. He did a great job house and getting us a great offer. There were a few bumps in the road that that we wished he handled better. Specifically a mistake was made in completing the MLS sheet where we included the pool table when Scott advised us to exclude it.

When selling the largest asset you own dealing with an experienced professional like Scott is an absolute pleasure. When it looked as though price negotiations were at an impasse Scott suggested an innovative approach that quickly resulted in the execution of a P&S acceptable to all parties. When the buyer's lender was unable to meet the agreed-upon closing date Scott counseled patience and worked diligently with the buyer's lender and agent to arrange another closing date within a matter of days. In short, Scott knows how to get things done and done correctly. Without Scott's efforts I believe that our house could very well still be on the market.

Our house didn't sell because it was a slow market for listed price range in our town. Scott was tireless in performing house house every weekend as promised. He was very responsive to our communication and requests.
Scott was and is absolutely great. Great advice on every aspect of R.E. sales from pricing to curb appeal. Scott & associates conducted numerous weekend open houses and private showings with no disruption at all to us. We entered the market rather late (mid July) and being under no pressure to sell took the property off the market in mid November. We will go back on the market in April 2017 with Scott & Redfin and are confident that a full selling season with Scott will result in a sale of the property.
It was a pleasure working with Scott. We had a difficult buyer who had a lot of different requests. But with Scott's help, we were able to deal with the buyer peacefully and efficiently. Scott has been very responsive to all queries we had along with timely feedback from the buyers. He diligently followed up with interested buyers, got feedback and shared promptly with us, which was quite important to us as sellers.
Scott also has a calm demeanor, negotiated patiently with difficult buyers and always left the door open for prospective buyers if they decided to come back.

I don't think we made Scott's life very easy, but he certainly made our lives easy. We needed to sell an older home with some structural issues of unknown proportion. This cut down our pool of available buyers, but Scott was still able to find us a buyer. Scott coordinated staging, painters, handymen, and other contractors to come through the home long after my wife and I had left the region. This was unbelievably helpful, as I have no idea how we could have made this work without his assistance. Through the entire process, even though we took more of Scott's time than he likely anticipated, he was positive, accessible, and pleasant to work with.
