Not only is Scott very professional, but he is also very personable and family oriented. Without Scott's caring, understanding and expertise in selling my dad's home after he passed away in May 2021, the 5 months in between would have been chaotic. Scott was absolutely awesome! We had been in our house for about 12 years. This was our 2nd time to use Scott as our realtor. It was the season in our lives to move. We needed work done on our house such as a new roof, paint... He orchestrated everything to get done before we put the house up for sale. It was incredible to have someone take such good care of us. Extremely poor communication. Set up meeting times, would text him I was there waiting and received a text back he wasn't going to make it. I would receive documents from Doc U sign without prior notification, they were being sent. On April 4, 2019 the day before signing the closing papers we went to the final walk though, confirmed he WOULD be there at 3:30 for the signing on April 5. At 2:50 pm I texted him I was there, at 3:00 pm received text back he was not going to make it, was showing homes, and they were taking 45 minutes per house and he had 2 more to show them. And anyway all he did was watch me sign papers and he was not really needed for that. But he had planned on being there. Needless to say I was pissed and rescheduled for Monday April 8th at 5pm. Scott's only concern was in figuring out what WE wanted and getting us into the perfect house FOR US, and that's where we live now. He was our agent and he always put OUR needs and interests first. We never, ever felt like he was pushing us in a direction that would lead to a larger commission for him. We were buying from out of state, and the process was pretty complicated in several ways because of that, but none of that was ever a problem. Whenever the distance became an obstacle, Scott always had a solution. Whenever we weren't sure which way to proceed, which was the better strategy, etc., Scott's advice always proved to be the right answer. We couldn't recommend him more strongly.
