Very quick to respond. His expertise in building structures and construction methods provided invaluable information that helped me get my new wonderful house. He pointed out flaws in the some of the buildings and possible future repairs. He ultimately showed me a great house and saved me from making a financial disaster from the other money pits. His kept me informed by communicating with the listing agent and Rocket Mortgage.
