Sean was an absolute pleasure to work with and was instrumental in helping us to purchase our first home. He was detailed and patient on the first property walk and encouraged us to take our time to do a full walk thru of the home to really get to know the space. He responded to all calls and texts promptly and helped to guide us thru the process (huge for first time home buyers!) and facilitated all of the necessary inspections and negotiations. I truly believe that his positive attitude and proactive communication with the selling agent were major factors to us getting the house. Absolute best experience with a realtor I’ve ever had! Sean really listened to what we were looking for, was always available when we needed him, and never did we feel like he was dishonest with us. Some realtors are high pressure and only after the sale but it’s obvious Sean actually cares about his clients. Highly, HIGHLY recommended!
