Sena is hands-down the best real estate representative I could ever hope to work with! She’s a great listener, great strategist, and clearly explains every bit of feedback and suggestion that she gives. When my home was initially listed with her, she was with a different brokerage firm. Even when she informed me that she was leaving her firm to work with redfin, I stuck with her faithfully, and signed the papers to transfer the listing to redfin. That’s how much I believe in her. I willnever trust any future home sale or purchase to anyone but Sena!

Sena helped sell my house (due to divorce, which she was very delicate with as it was a very difficult situation) and helped me get my new (current) home. She is extremely knowledgeable. If there was a question she didn't know the answer to (which was very very rare) she would get the answer ASAP and never left me hanging. She always had my best interest in mind and made sure that I never felt pressured to make a decision that did not work in my best interest and she made sure that I always had the most up to date and accurate information which is extremely important in our current housing market. In the early stages, we had some hiccups with a few open house issues (not her responsibility) but when voicing the concerns/issues, she was attentive and got the issues resolved in a quick manner. We listed our home at a less than desirable time (Holiday season) and so the process overall took a bit longer but she was always available and answered any questions we had and took good care of us from the initial meeting through the final close. So, we were 3hrs away from our home during weekend Open Houses. Next thing we know we get a call telling us that a visitor had literally lost their lunch all over our bathroom floor! Sena was not hosting the Open House but when she found out what happened, she rushed over —with supplies in hand—and cleaned the bathroom herself. Initially she was great... but that was for the firt meeting ... she does not return calls, nor does she seem she cares if the sale happens. Every time I spoke to her I felt as she was doing me a favor for selling my house.... however, I do have to say not sure if it is her or the whole Redfin strategy for selling houses...

Can I rate higher than a 10? 15 maybe? There were some tough time and decisions to make in this sale. Sena was very supportive through the whole process. She is a very good representative for Redfin.

Sena managed it all so well. My property sold so quickly, I had to scratch to get ready to do it all. My only question was why I did not get the total costs on selling my house, that stunned me, it was more than her fee.
I keep trying to press 10, I have already given Sena's name to a friend who is moving

Sena was helpful in process of selling my house and putting it on the market. However, I received incorrect information about closing costs from Sena and I would advice to make sure you are aware of all closing costs and taxes due at closing. Redfin wont help you in these inquiries.

We found Sena through redfin, she was the agent assigned to the area we were selling out house. She met with us very promptly and answered our questions as best she could. Her knowledge and answers were good and when she didn't know, she would answer clearly that she didn't know and would make note of them and followup. I kept notes of the initial conversation and any additional substantive conversations and I would say that she delivered on all major points and was accurate to 90% of her initial answers. She was very prompt to answer voice calls and pretty prompt via e-mail - within 12 hours. Very willing to setup impromptu meetings and walked us through each stage.
