In last 6 months, I bought two houses through Liz and it has been a awesome experience, she has become our go to the realtor for any of our real estate needs. As I type this review, I am working on another deal with her right now.

I’ve purchased two homes in my life. The first one was almost 40 years ago - and this one I just moved into was my second. My point is I’m not exactly an expert on realtors. That said, Ms James sure did her job well with me. She knew what she was talking about, she was both professional and friendly, and she knew what needed to be done for me to make a successful offer on this house. I talked with her on the phone for the first time at about 9:00 pm on a Sunday night - met with her so I could see the house the next morning- and then made a successful offer that same day - and I learned they accepted my offer at 4:00 pm on Monday. So to your question on referrals - I would (and will) refer Elizabeth James to other people without hesitation.

Liz is an absolute 1 of a kind! The level of professionalism, attention to detail and care she displayed while helping me both buy a home and sell a home are unmatched ! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to do anything in real estate.

I couldn't have asked for more. We listed on April 1, accepted an offer on April 4 and closed on April 18, incredibly saving us a month of mortgage payment. She came in from the beginning from a referral from our son in Florida who also works for EXP. Very professional, made great suggestions to help sell. I think she probably wanted to list at $345,00 but all we wanted was $340,000 with no haggling. She didn't pressure us at all to raise our asking price. She referred us to a GREAT handyman Casey Scheetz and a cleaning service she uses. Great real estate customer service. Things my son does but not all realtors do. I can't imagine a better realtor, especially for the Elkhorn area.

Elizabeth was very helpful, and we found exactly what we were looking for. She made herself available though the entire process, doing all that she could to try to make it happen and happen without incident. We were out of state, which made it more complicated, but Elizabeth help ensure that all of the bases were covered, and all of the deadlines were met.
