Xandria was so helpful and diligent in helping my husband and I find our perfect home, in the exact area we wanted! We were tentatively open to other areas, but ideally wanted to stay within a certain school district where homes in our price range tend to go QUICKLY… so when a home in our range came on the market at 9 am on a Saturday, Xandria had us in viewing it at 12:30 that same day, ensuring we didn’t lose out. She had an offer drafted for us by Sunday evening, which she worked with us to tweak a bit to our comfortability and we signed and sent it that Wednesday.
