Sergio was such a great help in buying my home he was able to explain so much to me thru out the whole process the house i bought didn’t pass inspection for the appraisal the kitchen needed some work and the previous owner installed a permanent water heater and needed to be set right but sergio was able to have someone come and get everything in order quickly

This is my first time buying a home. It was not a pleasant one. This process started in August 2023 and I was asked to submit the same documents two and three times I did not go into escrow until December. The seller was ready to pull out. The seller also wanted to speak to me, but was told by Sergio that she couldn’t. She was going to leave me her refrigerator and her washer and dryer, but he told her no and wouldn’t let her speak to me. She was not happy with him, and in the end, I was very disappointed .
