We are first time home buyers, and were looking for a good experience in the entire process. Hence, we needed a good agent, who could understand our needs, and negotiate well on our behalf. And, Shai was exactly the person who we needed! She has been very very helpful to negotiate the home price on our behalf, did provide valuable suggestions in finding a good lender, and finally, went above and beyond to negotiate further with the seller to get a home warranty and further discounts based on inspection. We are extremely thankful to Shai, as we are still in great touch. She hasn't closed the door at all and keeps offering whatever ad-hoc help we need that comes up. Shai was amazing helping us sell our condo, a somewhat difficult property, at a time when we were not physically present due to military transition. She handled much more for us than a realtor would typically be responsible for - coordinating with our property manager, a difficult tenant that was occupying our place when we sold, dealing with repairs, condo management, etc. - stellar. She did all of this with complete ownership and confidence and additionally guided us on appropriate decisions that were informed by market trends and other units for sale in the building. Would recommend her to anyone!
