Honestly, words can NOT express nor do justice for Shanice. She is an overall ROCKSTAR! She LISTENS to your wants and needs and DELIVERS! I started off my journey with Shanice before I sold my California home. I was thinking of buying something cash and switched things up. She recommended an amazing lender, answered my annoying texts/questions promptly and was completely HONEST through the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.
