On the buying side, Shanin was the ideal agent for us. She listened to and accommodated our needs and wishes and didn’t try to steer us towards a property to make a sale. She and her team facilitated the buying process for us and allowed us to buy the house we truly wanted to buy. When we sold our house, Shanin again was the ideal agent for us. She followed up on our concerns and made us feel like we were her only clients. Our house sold quickly for a good price. We feel that Shanin’s communication skills with us and other agents made the selling process go smoothly. Redfin’s photos, video tour, 3D walkthrough and staging also contributed to the quick sale.
