From the beginning when showing us properties, to the eventual listing of our home, Shannon was more than professional, she seemed to be actually "invested" in our well being. Anyone can list or sell a home, but very few make the experience (especially with challenging buyers) a smooth and trusting process. Shannon was in constant contact when any issue was needing our attention and was an advocate for our best interests.
