Sharmila was wonderful, for first time homebuyer especially she was very considerate, friendly and spent a lot of time explaining things and helping us narrow down our search. She went above and beyond responding to us over weekends etc. While we decided to make an offer, it was a public holiday as well .. she took the time to work on our offers and counter offers without any hesitation! Always available over phone to us, and puts buyer's best interest first. When we did have hiccups with seller, she put her feet down and put our interests first rather than giving the sellers a pass & blaming it on the hot market. Really appreciate it. Would any day recommend her to my friends and acquaintances.

I have only good things to say about Sharmila. To be fair, she was auto-assigned to me by Redfin when they did a location switch for me and as a real-estate junkie I was merely initially browsing. When I did get serious about looking at homes and houses, she made multiple non-intrusive attempts to set up a conversation and learn more about me and my search. I didn't have a ton of ideas about what I wanted to explore so I was not really sure how much value the conversation would have (and to her credit, she let me be and didn't insist) . When I did figure out what I was looking for, I did a lot of the analysis and thinking myself using the internet - out of choice and leveraged her insights to validate my thought process. So I wouldn't know how it works if you're looking for someone to take care of everything - Though she does easily become a friend! =) Throughout the home buying process though, she's been an great partner. Always ready with advice, happy to let you explore at your own pace, make your decisions and unlike some realtors I've met : not averse to either submitting or pushing you to submit offers based on her read of the market. I'm a huge champion of leveraging multiple data sources and the power of the internet to determine decisions and I did exactly that without being pressured into siding with her analysis. I think we found a happy balance. I've also given her specific feedback about touring agents, pre-approvals that she's taken with good grace and had open, honest discussions and follow-ups. She's been extremely detail oriented and dedicated - even when on vacation. The entire team - including her Transaction Coordinator - Cristin Brown have always been on top of things. Top marks for communication, ease of working and promptness. Overall, I think between the two of them, they've managed to minimize stress in the controllable factors in a house buying venture.
