I was buying a home from out of state, so sight unseen. Sharon looked a multiple houses for me and pointed out important aspects that couldn't be seen from the online photos, like biofilm on the roof and/or a highly inaccessible driveway. Through her diligence and advice, I was able to purchase the first house I put an offer on. I would highly recommend her as a realtor for anyone looking to purchase a house without the stress that often accompanies the process.

Upon our first contact, Sharon took time out of her Sunday to arrange a tour same day. The first house wasn't the one for us, but she understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us to acquire our dream home. She negotiated on our behalf and her advice was spot on.
