If you have a million dollar property to list, Shawn is who you want to represent you; he works at that level. If you don't, Shawn can represent you like he does a million dollar property. Shawn is not the normal Seller's Agent; he is easily the exception, even at the Upper 1% properties and knows how to work with affluence while maintaining privacy. I don't like real estate agents nor stock brokers, but I like and have incredible respect for Shawn, his trade craft, skill set, and work ethic.
