Peter was knowledgeable and patient, helping me find the perfect piece of land for the right price. I wasn't an easy customer! I looked at a lot of land before I found what I wanted, and what I wanted wasn't at the right price. After almost a year the price came down dramatically, to a point where I made a reasonable offer and it was accepted. Peter supported me the whole way, never pushing me to buy something that I wasn't completely happy with. Thank you Peter!

Peter was extremely patient, and really supported me looking for the exact piece of land that would suit me needs. It wasn't easy! He knows this space well, and was able to give me advice and feedback specifically related to undeveloped land, an area he specializes in. It took about a year of searching before price and opportunity matches, but Peter was there all the way through closing. Appreciate it!
