First, I dont understand the question beneath this box. "Did Shelby try to influence your rating or feedback?" Respectfully, you guys should ask her that question, not me. As far as I am concerned, Shelby was exceptionally professional and overtly polite, kind, and respectful of our wishes. She made time for us on Sunday afternoons, which for her like ourselves, are likely coveted for rest and relaxation. She was knowledgeable and charming with an easy air of personability about her; i already have strongly recommended her to a friend from work whom is shopping for a home. And will continue to do so. It was truly a pleasure to work such an agent...she made an already awesome experience that much better. I would rate her 11/10 if possibe.
