Shelby was wonderful all the way through the sale. We interviewed 5 realtors and were promised the moon and stars from the others, yet they delivered nothing. Shelby promised us some things and immediately fulfilled her promises and followed up with us. After we met her we knew that she would be the one to help us with selling our home. What I loved about Shelby is that she made sure I could reach her, if I did ask her for something, she was on it right away, and she never pressured me, or kept bugging me when I was getting my home ready for sale... when I was ready, she was right there ready for me. She was super nice, bet team member Sandy was AWESOME as well

My number one hesitation with Redfin is that you don’t have a choice in your agent. Shelby completely eliminated that fear. No one I would have picked on my own could have done a better job.

Great communication. Any appointments were punctual. Nice attitude and very accommodating for first time home sellers. Shelby helped explain anything I wasn't sure about and helped me to understand specific details about the selling process that eased my concerns. Shelby has a great understanding on the market and was able to get the best price for my house, leaving me very happy with the results of my sale. I would recommend her for any realty needs.
