Shenna was not all that pretended to be. She never communicated unless we reached out to her. She was never available when we needed her and took three different people to finally have a buyer. Even Danielle was terrible at her job. I would NEVER EVER recommend Redfin to anyone. The buyers and people that come with Redfin ARE not what comes from their website or review. If I could’ve fired Shenna I would have done it the week after my husband hired her. The whole 4 month process with her was horrible. Redfin was the worst real estate company I have even seen. And that is after so many realtors I have spoken to.
She was informative and very responsive. We loved working with her and she made it an easy process.

We contacted Shenna out of the blue through the Redfin app on Sunday of Labor Day weekend - not the ideal time to house shop on short notice, I guess, but that's when we decided to move. She set up a bunch of houses for us to look at that day, and then we went back again on Monday - a Redfin holiday for Shenna - to see one house we missed as well as a few new ones. She set those up even though it was a day off for her. I told her we would be buying one, and we did! We made an offer that night. We closed on Friday (10/11). Fortunately we have bought several homes and had no surprises. Six fast, uneventful weeks.
I would highly recommend Shenna. She was professional, dedicated, strategic, and caring. No matter what time, day or night, Shenna was available for showings and she responded within minutes to any email or text message I sent her. She had strategic plans for creating offers for the houses we were interested in purchasing. She attended all of our home inspections and gave us sound advice on how to proceed when problems were found, fighting to make sure that the homeowners fixed each problem without expense on our part.
