I met Bola at an open house of his, and I sure was lucky! He followed up and took the time to have an in-depth conversation about what we were looking for. From there, he guided us on a discovery tour around NOVA, breaking down different areas and home options while pointing out items to note. The best part was that there was no pressure or steering in a particular direction. When we decided on new construction around Ashburn, he and his team were with us every step of the way keeping us updated, staying in touch with the builder, and pushing for crucial inspection items. Jason and his team was AMAZING. I cannot begin to explain how great they were. We were first time home buyer and his entire team worked with us beginning to end and spent so much time explain the entire process to us. We had some reservations when it came to buying for the first time but Jason and his team took the time to explain everything until we understood. Jason is also the kind of agent that makes you feel relaxed during the entire process. Never once did we feel like we were pressure to see a place or to buy something. Everything was on our timeline and he made sure we were okay before moving forward. He will continue to be our agent in the future and we cannot recommend him enough.

We had a great experience working with Jason. We were first time home buyers and we were lucky to be paired up with Jason after a recommendation. When we first met Jason we were thrilled about his energy and passion about real-estate. Our timeline was tight, but we found our perfect home that met our crazy demands and closed within 30-days. He stayed in close contact, and even made sure everything was moving smoothly with our lender, title company, and seller's agent. It can be difficult to negotiate in the DC area, but Jason has the skills; we got quite a bit of seller credits. On top of all that, he is very knowledgeable on the VA loan process. A+++. We would love to work with Jason and Shepherd Homes Group again, and would highly recommend him.
