Sherri was amazing. I understand professional assurance and the guess work of fluctuating markets, so when she said I expect this house to be sold in the next two weeks, I took with an appropriate grain of salt. However, two weeks to the day, we went under contract. Sherri is a wonderful emotional support through the process and gives clear and realistic feedback, advice, and suggestions. I would certainly contract with her again.

Sherri was a lifesaver during my home purchase, particularly once we hit some real bumps during due diligence. What started as a pretty standard deal turned into something a lot more complicated after the inspection, and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor in my corner. She kept a level head the whole way through. Whenever I had a question or needed to make a tough call, she was right there — talking things through with me, weighing the pros and cons, and making sure I understood what was at stake. She stayed on top of every deadline and never let anything slip through the cracks. And when things got messy, she didn't back off or pass me off to someone else. She rolled up her sleeves and went to bat for me. I truly believe her advice kept me from making some costly mistakes.
