I understand professional assurance and the guess work of fluctuating markets, so when she said I expect this house to be sold in the next two weeks, I took with an appropriate grain of salt. However, two weeks to the day, we went under contract. Sherri is a wonderful emotional support through the process and gives clear and realistic feedback, advice, and suggestions. I would certainly contract with her again.
