We initially requested a showing on very short notice and we were impressed she was able to accommodate our request promptly. Sherry provided timely market knowledge without us having to ask and was professionally persistent with her follow-up (I was not as good with my late replies back to her). Her assistance with the negotiation was invaluable since we are from out-of-town and she knows the local market well. Our closing had a significant difficulty at the end due to events outside of all of our control, and she helped us navigate it successfully.
