Shirlee was amazing to work with during the property buying process. She listened to our needs and wants and found multiple properties for us to check out, one of which we purchase - it is perfect! Shirley also helped connect us to resources in the community as we began developing. Through all of her actions, we felt instantly connected to and welcomed by our new community in El Dorado County.

Over the course of two years, we searched for land that could meet the needs of our future farm, solar/energy harvesting manufacture, work shop, etc. Many of the agents we worked with simply did not either understand what our parameters were or simply treated us like another number. Shirlee, however, was a breath of fresh air; she was prompt in response to our questions and better yet, if she did not know an answer, she spent time to seek out what we asked. Additionally, when in our negotiation with the seller, Shirlee did a fantastic job as agent to both buyer and seller. She met difficult requests without fear, yet, maintained confidentiality between the parties when needed. All this is to say, that Shirlee really does want to REPRESENT her client to the best of her ability--it simply shows.
