What can I say about Silva? she's the GOAT! It's been a long road to get this house. As a first time millenial home buyer this was a crazy market to jump into. I started my search in February with your typical conventional loan thinking I'd be set in a month or two. It's taken 5 months of Silva putting up with me lol. I'd heard the horror stories from friends about dozens of rejected offers or overpriced unlivable houses and they were all true. Silva was there for me through my many breakdowns as we kept having to increase our search areas and gap appraisal money to find livable homes that weren't money pits meanwhile interest rates kept increasing and I was reaching my limit. She was extremely patient with me and didn't try to just push houses on me to make the sale. We spent many days together sometimes looking at 5-10 houses a day, she got to know my taste so well sometimes we'd walk in and we'd both look at each other and say "nope" and walk right back out. What I loved about Silva is she knows her stuff! We'd go look at houses and she would point out the good and the bad on every home. She also has so much experience that she'd be able to look at some damages and give me a rough estimate of what it would cost to get things fixed. This helped so much in calculating the true affordability of the homes I saw. I think I quit my house search like 3 times being completely disillusioned with the market and Silva never gave up on me but also never pushed me, she was extremely understanding. I had actually already said I was out of the "game" when Silva called me with a miracle! A house I loved and had bid on and lost before had gotten pulled off the market months earlier and they were ready to place it back on the market and were wondering if I was still interested. Silva KNEW this was the house I prayed over and she blasted my phone to get my attention. I'm now in a home I love ready to ride out whatever this crazy market and economy has in store for us. Silva is AMAZING. She is very knowledgeable about the market area and the residential home buying processes. Silva took the time to listen to our wants and needs, as well as what we didn't want in a house, and tailored a search to help meet these items. After we put in an offer, she communicated at EVERY step of the processes and was very responsive with following up on items that were of concern with the seller's agent. Silva not only helped us find the PERFECT home, but also goes above and beyond helping us find contractors/services, where she was able, to help with post-sale items. We cannot thank Silva enough for everything she did to help us find, secure, and move into our perfect home. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends!
