Silvana was initially referred to us via Redfin, and she arranged a viewing for an apartment we were interested in. Although that one didn't work out, Silvana arranged a few more viewings until eventually we saw something where we were ready to make an offer. Silvana helped guide us through the offer stage, telling us about pros and cons of different potential offers. Once our offer was accepted, Silvana was a huge help in navigating the co-op application process, which can feel a bit arcane if you've never done it before (and even if you have).
