Simon used his Redfin credentials and incentives to motivate us to use him. He didn't do his own showing. He was not prompt with information as we always had to ask. He does not understand what an NFA is whereas he could have impacted the loss of a buyer. Lastly maintained that we received refund or rebate, which could not be found anywhere. He was manipulating and misleading, when he was only hired because of Redfin. Very disappointing.
