I'm glad Stacie was available to show me this condo even though I came out of nowhere (went from dreaming to having a pre-approval to an accepted offer on the 1st place I offered, all in less than 2 days). I'm glad she advised me to offer under asking because that paid off as I was able to have my offer accepted at under asking even after negotiation. Good at responding quickly to my emails and she communicated with the seller party appropriately as well. Her experience in the RE field shows. I'm going to try to get my friends to also move to Lowell so I may be sending referrals over.
