I got into real estate on the ground floor—literally. With numerous years of hands-on experience working with master builders, I learned every aspect of home construction and development.
I know how to select the best finishes, where to invest or make improvements—and where not to. I know homes. Inside and out. And that’s to your advantage. Whether you want to ready your house for market, inspect a home prior to purchase, or make improvements once you’ve bought your home, I can make it happen—fast.
I work closely with a talented team of professionals including two builder/contractors, a plumber, electrician, roofer, home inspector, structural pest inspector, structural engineer, architect, draftsman, interior designer, insurance agent, and a landscape architect. In addition to my extensive background in construction, I also bring a keen aesthetic sense to the table. Thanks in part to an early career as a classically trained tenor. Passion, determination, and dedication is what I brought to the expression of my voice. It’s what helps make me a sharp negotiator, a keen listener, a trusted friend.
