We were beyond pleased with Aaron and his team. I purchased homes before with other realtors, but I believe Aaron is in a league of his own -- professional in every way. He keeps his word, follows up in a timely manner, involves the client in decision-making, and works at break-neck speed. He told us his houses tend to sell in 17 days on the average. Seriously? He then sold our 2 homes, one in 7 days (over asking price), and the other in 14 days at asking price. He got us into an amazing condo, closing all three homes very close together. The entire process could not have been smoother. He even saved us money along the way by offering his expertise on how to negotiate prices and repairs and the sale of our furniture. We were happy with the initial appointment and they seemed to care about the whole process. We signed the paperwork on the first day to commit to having them be our realtors and then it went downhill. There were several communication issues and one even went as far as a miscommunication resulting in us having to go 20K out of pocket with only 7 days left to close.

Aaron and Scott were both really easy to work with. I worked more closely with Aaron when selling my house. Scott came over with Aaron on the initial consultation and provide advice on what he thought was needed to prepare the house to be sold for the highest price. We did what they suggested and we received multiple offers over asking after the first day. The guys suggested we wait for the activity from the open house on that weekend. On the following Monday evening, Aaron presented us with the three "best" offers and his reasoning. We took his suggestion and escrow closed in 30 days. It was fast and easy.
