Super easy to work with. He made the whole process of selling our home as easy as such daunting tasks can be. He worked with us throughout the process and provided a lot of good pointers in the preparation of the house, what to do and especially what not to do; plus his little reminders kept us on track and on schedule. His staging was spot-on and he provided many additional pieces to make it all work. He is, most importantly, willing to help in whatever way he can, from doing touch-up on the house to helping us plant 5 arborvitae trees in our backyard. He negotiated a great carpet buy for us which worked out excellently. He had contractors available for the small jobs which saved us lots of time and money. He offered us a very good handyman who did great work inside and out on various jobs for a very reasonable price. Stephan went way beyond our expectations. He was really on our side with high integrity and professionalism. We highly recommend him to anyone selling their home.
