She is the person you need on your side, when putting in offer and negotiating. The Seller's agents were non-communicative and there was whole bunch of miscommunication also. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with! We appreciated how responsive and accommodating Stephanie was to our odd work/travel schedules. She was engaged throughout the entire closing process, and was comfortable interacting directly with some other members of the closing team (mortgage, attorney), which made the process that much more smooth overall.
We found that Redfin uses a different purchasing experience, in which the buyer finds properties through the redfin app/zillow, and Redfin agents facilitate fast and last-minute showings. This worked well for us.
Stephanie was great! We visit together so many properties until we get our new place... actually we visit this place and we discarded, but due the though Westford marker we came back and put an offer and we got it accepted.
We were very lucky that we had time to revisit this property and put the offer, I can't think a better house than this one. And Stephanie was crucial to this process.
