So many things to list. I bought a house sight unseen and feel duped. Specifically asked if there was chipping paint and other visual issues. There are many issues she could have told me about. House was filthy. She told me it was clean, I guess clean is relative. Got to the house and was locked out. Had to sit outside for 30 minutes for her to answer her phone and tell me where she hid the key. Entire process felt rushed with her.

Stephanie was super helpful in finding houses that fit my preferences. We were able to tour multiple houses in the same day, which helped my timeline! When I found the house I wanted, Stephanie walked me through step by step on what to do (I was a first time buyer with no clue on what to do), and even got the cost down and some furniture with the offer!! And this all took place within less than 3 weeks. She is a rockstar!
