About Stephen
I grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, before moving to Old Town on the north side of the city . After a great ten years there, I moved to New England and spent ten years enjoying Providence and Boston. In 2010, I fell in love with the Charlotte area and moved here to the Queen City.
Owning property in several states sparked a passion for real estate. In the spring of 2016 I received my real estate license and have become very familiar with the local market. I joined Redfin at the beginning of 2020 and have not looked back! Spending over 22 years in the aviation industry, I am well traveled and know what it's like to be "new" to an area. I love meeting new people and introducing them to our wonderful communities.

Stephen is the Tom Brady of Realtors. He has so much experience with situations that he was able to foreshadow many possible issues in the process and proactively resolve them. He answered any questions I or my wife had and his execution on getting everything needed done for the closing is amazing. His specific experience allowed us to deal with every situation with his network of services and lenders that were needed at the time, that executed flawlessly. We were able to get under contract with 6 other offers involved though his experience and quick follow up. He has made this process a great experience and was the MVP and sole person responsible for keeping the deal together between both parties. His ability to negotiate is remarkable and produces great results. The minute an issue came up he was already working to solve it alleviating much stress that can arise in the process. I would recommend Stephen to any person moving forward as he has unmatched experience, a great team, all expanding network, and is an outstanding Realtor for his clients.
