His communication skills are nonexistent. I didn't find out until the day before closing that there were two closing attorneys involved in this deal. When I said "doesn't that increase closing costs" he replied "no, I don't think so." Which obviously doesn't make a bit of sense both entities need to get paid. He relied on me to do my own legwork rather than getting the answers I needed and providing them to me. He kept telling me he had doctor appointments when needing things- forgetting that he already told me he golfs all the time. It was very obvious.
