Man, where do I begin. First time buyer, spent a lot of time scouring the internet beforehand on what to expect, and how to do things properly. I heard Redfin was a team of agents who were not as focused or hard working as traditional agents because of their volume and "inexperience." Steve has an easy going personality. It took us almost a year before we finally purchased a house. During that period of time, he never showed negative or undeserved attitude toward our rejections on the houses we toured. He always answers your questions with a detail explanation. In January, we purchased a detached condo that needed some repair. Steve was able to negotiate with the buyer agent and got us $2800 repair credit toward our escrow. I was a bit nervous dealing with Redfin at first, given the model is new and different. It turned out to be the best decision I made in my entire home buying process.
