We’ve worked with 3 different RE Agents in the DC/Baltimore area before finding Steve - We haven’t had to look any further. Steve is knows the ins and outs of the contracts process and his knowledge of the marketplace is always current. We’ve used him for three different properties now, and whether buying or selling, he was able to get us a better deal than the asking price. He’s exactly what you would hope to find when you’re looking for an agent.

If you found a house you liked and wanted to put an offer in at 9:59pm Steve would have an offer written up and finalized in on the house before midnight. He moves fast and is incredibly responsive to any inquiries.
