Steve was the best! Due to some unfortunate situations we needed to sell our home. Making the decision was very difficult but having Steve there made it less painful. He knew what price we wanted and made sure to get it. During the process we had multiple frustrating issues between buyer demands and the buyers lender not doing their job properly but Steve stayed by our side the entire time. It is easy fore to recommend Steve because we got exactly what we were looking for in an agent. We wanted to find a “diamond in the rough” and knew that this might mean buying a bank owned property. Long story short, we already know a large number of realtors and when I approached a few about this goal they tried to talk us out of it. Steve listened. Not only was Steve supportive, his entire goal was to help us find the right home for our needs and when it came time to negotiate he was right there with his “gloves” ready to get the job done. Last summer I tried to fsbo my house without luck. A neighbor had Steve sell their house, so I listed mine with him. I found Steve to be knowledgable of the market and neighborhood and very professional. Within a few days he had three offers for me, one of which was well over asking price.

Steve did really great for me being new to this state and being geographically lost he got close to work and kept me close to highways and stores. I made a lengthy list of everything my house had to have and this guy actually found everything on list. I was patient though for 15 months. Then he put me in touch with Loraine my mortgage lady to get me the best rate and financially set me up amazingly. Steve kept every promise he made to me which you don't find often these days. He is an expert in what he does and definitely trustworthy. You won't be sorry to hire him but you need patience too. I lost 3 houses and cried tears over one due to outbidding. This one I have was so meant to be and actually better and bigger than the other 3. In short: Steve is really great!
