Steve was a wonderful broker! He is very knowledgeable about Maine and the various areas! There were many times that he had to drive and drive long distances between properties and he did so without complaint! He was very pleasant and funny! He worked very hard and was diligent about details I wouldn’t have considered. He volunteered to check plans on a property for markers! Overall, he was instrumental in our purchase! If it were not for all of his hard work we may not have been able to purchase our new home. Thank you Steve for all of your hard work, smiles and friendship!

Steve is amazing!! The moment our house was listed we had so many people interested and an offer was put in within less than 2 months! He was always on time with contacting me and always responded fast when I needed him. His home value was on point and knew exactly what he was doing and talking about. I am very satisfied with Redfin as well, the percentage saved me a lot of money. There were no secret hidden fees. They let you know everything on the table. Once again I highly recommend Steve and Redfin.

Steve was good and very personable. He was swift to respond to texts and calls. The only negative was that there were times when he seemed to lack urgency when urgency was needed. It led to confusion on close dates and made the process more challenging since I wanted to do a same-day close. But overall, I would recommend him.

This was a virtual viewing, as a virtual buyer I tended to rely on my realtor to point out things in the home but it wasn’t until after the appraisal report came back with photos that other defects were shown. I felt initially Steve was working for me but in the end realized not so much. He told me not to speak its my mortgage company, that I was “delaying” things rather if I had questions to only speak with him. Also, there were a couple of verbal agreements that were not upheld, I did I final walk through and pointed these things out and the response from Steve was less than favorable, I was told there was nothing that could be done and if I decided to not go through with the purchase I would lose my earnest money.
