He promptly set up searches based on what I was looking for and sent over recommendations as well. When I was sure about the home I wanted to put an offer in on, he hit the ground the running! Steven was very on top of things from start to end, and was very reassuring to someone as a first time buyer; he went through every detail of the process and the paperwork and took the time to make sure I understood what everything meant. Steven's communication is on point as well, and was always sure to check in not only with status updates on what was in motion, but about how I was doing as well.
