Grateful we got to work with Steven to purchase our first ever home! We appreciate him sharing so many insights about pros/cons of houses (we had a LOT of questions as first-time homeowners). He was also a great communicator and timely in submitting our offer letter, too!

We used Steve in 2 transactions this year: to buy a house and to sell a house, in two different Seattle neighborhoods. It took us >1 year to of looking in the 98118/98108 area code before we finally succeeded. Steve was our very patient Sherpa during the entire process. His knowledge of Columbia City is unparalleled! He was patient, responsive, supportive and encouragingly optimistic. We especially appreciated his construction knowledge and industry/vendor contacts (Steve has a side business fixing up houses to re-sell) - he pointed out nuances and provided tips spotting potential issues, which, were immensely help, even though we’re pretty experienced) Our experience using Steve to sell our house had a few sub-optimal moments but he more than made up for them with above-and-beyond mitigations after the fact (big thumbs up for acknowledging and apologizing too!). He put in elbow grease to make up for a couple of vendor shortcomings, such as: 1) Hiring and paying for another landscaper to rectify some mistakes made by the original landscaper he recommended; and 2) Coming by the house with his vacuum a couple of days before closing to clean up some debris left behind by the stager! If you want an honest, knowledgeable realtor who will work hard and represent your best interests, someone who has a big heart and a positive attitude, and who takes responsibility for his actions, Steve’s your man! Highly recommended.

Steve is an all-star. Communication was constant and supportive. We could not have gotten through everything so smoothly without him. We don't plan to EVER move again, but if we do, Steve is the only one we'll call.
