Summary: Steve is amazing! He is friendly, patient, and experienced. He was always flexible and available to answer our questions and research into the homes that we inquired about. We have worked with Steve since July 2019 and finally purchased our home in February 2021. Throughout this journey, our requirements changed from 2-bedroom to 3-bedroom, we got outbid numerous times, prices skyrocketed due to the pandemic, and so much more; however, Steve stuck by our side. He was patient when we wanted to submit lowball offers, yet he would advise us from experience with the best strategy to go about every offer, and he never pushed us to increase our price. Once our offer was accepted, he tried hard to negotiate various terms into our contract and always spoke up for us.

Steve is an outstanding realtor and I was so grateful to have him in my corner while purchasing my home. It took us about 18 months to find the right place but he never put pressure on me to settle for anything less than perfection. His insight and guidance eventually led us to a beautiful home in the perfect location. When we finally did find the right place, we went from offer to signed contract to closing in two weeks -- and we had financing! That doesn't happen unless your realtor, mortgage broker and the seller's escrow agent are all able to work together effectively and efficiently. Steve was more than ready for this challenge and executed our side of the deal flawlessly. I will happily recommend Steve to anyone buying or selling a home.

I’ve worked with Steve on two purchases within the past year and that alone should tell you how skillful he is as a buyer’s agent! Neither transaction was a cookie cutter deal but both turned out to be great experiences! He not only helped us find the right homes in the right areas, not only was always very responsive (going back multiple times at my request for repeat viewings), but also and maybe most importantly he was a fierce negotiator, getting us a significant amount off the asking price each time! Under his continued attention, both deals closed on time with a minimum amount of hassle, and I am planning to recommend Steve to all my friends and associates for their buying and selling needs!

We are not new to the home-buying process but we were new to the area and we really wanted to work with someone who not only was experienced, but really knew the area and could provide some insider information. Steve's email list was a great way to keep up on new listings and then when we were ready to start "shopping" he kept up with us and was available when we needed him. He helped us put together a competitive offer and was a saavy negotiator during the entire escrow process. He also referred us to a great mortgage lender (Rod Arancibia) and we thought the home inspector he recommended was thorough and spent extra time with us during the inspection. I've already recommended Steve to my friends and co-workers!

We were going to try to sell the house ourselves but wisely chose to have Steve help us. To make matters more complicated, we were buying a home that was contingent on selling ours at the same time. I gave him 4/10 because, he was accommodating and easy to talk to. However, for a first time buyer, I did not exactly what to do and what to expect buying a house. Although he has answered most of my questions and assist me with things I needed to know. I still feel that I would have chosen an agent that is more aggressive and will strongly be in my side of dealing with what we want. I was expecting a better suggestion and opinion about my first biggest purchase of my life as of this time. I needed a more aggressive agent and I felt i was more aggressive in dealing than him. With my experience, I felt like he did not have enough experience as well, in this business. Steve G-K developed a brilliant marketing strategy for the sale of this classic architectural wonder! Doing his "homework," Steve used archival photos of the iconic Lautner designed home, as well as current photos to show the feel of the mid-century modern to its best advantage. Hosting a sunset wine & cheese open house created a LOT of interest and buzz, so there were MANY potential buyers enjoying the warmth of the home during its prime viewing hours. He communicated clearly throughout the process, as to what he was doing and why, which was very reassuring for us. We had not sold a home in nearly thirty years! Steve worked hard and he worked smart, yielding fabulous (over asking price) results!! So grateful for his intuitive side and for his follow through!

We signed with Steven after being disappointed by our previous agent. Steven did a complete market analysis and gave us realistic information. As soon as we re-listed with Steven he started really working, doing things that the previous agent never did. Even though our unique home was not "fresh", Steven was able to bring us a great buyer who loves the home, in less time too! Steven has a great way of communicating, he is honest, friendly, efficient, and knowledgable. I will be working with him again soon!

Steve was the best agent we could hope to ever ask for. He negotiated a great deal on a duplex for us and his also an expert in financial for homes and commerical deals. He was always good to be telling us what was going to happens next so we didn't get nervous and he was so helpfull all the time from beginning to end and after, even recommending us to a couples of contractors for things that came up. We have sent a cousin and friend to Steve since then and there expiriences were very happy to. Thank you Steve!!!!!
