I worked with several real estate agents in the past for home sale and purchase. Steven is the best I have ever seen and heard of. -He took the time to show me tens of properties even some with a very short notice. - He helped me with pros and cons of each property such as location, building and pricing factors. - Provided me the market conditions and trends. - Built a buyer profile for me to steer clear from properties which might not be a good fit despite some of them being in higher price range which would have yielded more commission for him - He found a very reasonable lander and kept calm even after having to change landers midstream to get better rates. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor.
