As first time homebuyers, working with Surabhi was a fantastic experience. She was patient and super responsive to answer all our questions. We knew we could count on her to check every detail for us, and she was able to inspire a lot of confidence from the beginning. One thing we liked about Surabhi that set her apart was the fact that she would give us the straight answer and honest feedback without any sugarcoating. If she doesn't have the answer to a question, she would work on it and follow up later with the information, instead of making it up like other realtors do. All in all, Surabhi was always professional, stayed on top of things and made the process very smooth for us. We are glad we worked with her and would highly recommend her.

Surabhi, my agent on purchasing my new home, just did her job and got the money. Yet: Inefficient Communications, Just ping-ponging the buyer's concern to the seller's party, No showing on the closing date, No keys were transferred on the closing date. We almost came up with a situation for calling the police due to the key issue. The seller's agent intended to come to my home a day after the closing date AT NIGHT that my agent just sent me a notice of it. My family was so very scared at that night. My agent did not provide any help while my attorney provide prompt help to my family. REDFIN should aware about what happened in my home purchasing process. Feel free to reach out to me.
