Susan was our buyer's agent. She helped us land our house and introduced us to her related contacts, which helped us get an inspection, mortgage and insurance. The only thing we didn't leverage from her was a lawyer, and that was a mistake! We used one that was covered by our insurance and he didn't pay sufficient attention to our case, and our closing day was delayed by 3 days. We probably could have used someone or the mortgage company was familiar with.
