Every step of the way, Susan was so incredibly attentive and delightful. It felt like she really made a significant effort to understand not only what we wanted, but who we are, which made the process of working with her so enjoyable and reassuring. My husband and I always knew that Susan had our backs and would go above and beyond when representing us. I even brought a family member and friend on some tours with Susan and they asked for her information so that they could use her when they looked to buy a home in the future, they were that impressed with her work and demeanor.
