When I first met Susan, she presented herself as a grounded professional whom understands what a home seller goes through. She was observant of how we were getting our house ready to sell and respected the way we completed things for the open house. With her respect in out work combined with her knowledge of the market at the time we listed it, the house had a contract on it two days after the open house. He guidance through the closing process and keeping me up to speed with what the title agent needed to close the house was so appreciated. So happy to have worked with Susan.
